Cut it regularly and don't use any clips in your hair.

In other words: Weed out dead and split ends and do not damage your hair. That is what YOU can do. Some nice genetics that would have given you hair that actually can get long would be nice as well.

well, besides wait, you can shower with cold water or stay in cold atmosphere( blast the aircon, perhaps) since cold weather speeds up hair growth but some sites say hair growth in summer is faster,.

on the whole, you cant speed up the growth of hair, so i guess waiting is the only option,

for sure, taking care of your hair helps in preventing hair breakage that slows down the growth of hair..

I have the same problem! You should style your hair as less as possible because using product and styling tools cause breakage. Another thing you should do it take prenatal vitamins they are the best multi vitamin out there. Get some Coral Calcium vitamins as well if you take those over time you will notice that your hair growth has taken a step up.

Also any kind of minty shampoo is good as well because the tingling feeling you get on your head causes your pores to open and allow the hair to grow. The Nioxin gives you that feeling and it is amazing!

P.S.

Please if anyone tells you to cut your hair because it makes your hair grow faster, don't that isn't true! The reason you are told to cut your hair is to keep your ends from splitting all the way up and that's what causes breakage. Your hair grows from the roots not in ends!
