Need tips on how to manage long hair on guys? My hair is very thick. What products do I use?

I'm a guy who's always had a short style haircut. Like the idea of having a longer style but my hair is thick and frizzy when it gets longer. I normally just dump cheap gel on it to control it before I get it chopped again. Please give me some advice on the best way to manage longer hair. I prefer a wet look but gel is probably too heavy.......

yes, gel will be too heavy and stiff

what you need is a very good quality hair oil or hair wax (a bees wax based mixture of coconut and carrot oils). If you have a Body Shop store near you ask for hair shine (comes in a metal tin), if not you can order it.

wash hair, do NOT blow dry, but let dry naturally and rub some hair shine between your palms and gently massage through your hair, then blow dry on low briefly

use a salon product, now you can get them at london drugs and or stores. Especially with long hair you need good product. Also find hair product which are anti-frizzy.

I love the wet look, and I use Sebastian "Wet"
